Mr. Roy Feng has over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in investment and financial management. He worked at Country Garden, a renowned publicly listed company in Mainland China, for 14 years, holding various roles in finance and investment. During his tenure, he oversaw financial management for multiple regions and successfully developed a cross-industry financial management system. Later, he transitioned to investment, participating in the establishment and improvement of Country Garden's investment systems, leading teams to complete acquisitions with a total investment of approximately RMB 30 billion.

Mr. Feng also served at Nan Fung Group, a renowned Hong Kong-based company, where he was the Head of Investment for the Greater Bay Area and General Manager of the Shenzhen office. During his tenure, he was responsible for executing debt restructuring, successfully recovering approximately RMB 2.2 billion in principal and interest. He also established a market information database for Shenzhen, which laid a solid foundation for the group's investment decision-making process.
