With more than two decades of practice as a certified accountant, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to clients predominantly in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (PRC). His extensive expertise allows him to offer tailored organizational solutions that meet the unique needs of his clientele.
Since January 1993, Mr. Leung has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a testament to his commitment to professional excellence. Moreover, he has been a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since January 1997, reinforcing his dedication to maintaining high professional standards and engaging in continuous professional development. These affiliations not only highlight his qualifications but also reflect his ongoing commitment to the accounting profession.
Mr. Leung’s academic journey further solidifies his qualifications. He earned a Professional Diploma in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic, which is now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This foundational education paved the way for his advanced studies, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. This robust educational background equips him with the necessary skills to navigate and address a variety of complex financial challenges.
Prior to his current practice, Mr. Leung garnered valuable experience working in the finance department of a US multinational corporation for nearly seven years. During this period, he was seconded to Shanghai, PRC, where he gained critical insights into the regional business landscape and regulatory environment. This international exposure not only enhanced his professional acumen but also enriched his understanding of the diverse challenges faced by businesses operating in different regulatory contexts.
